Food & Mood Coaching LLC is owned by Joan Bender, (herein after referred to as “we”, “our” and “us”.). Your Privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your information.

Information We May Collect
Your provision of your personal information to us is completely voluntary. “Personal Information” is data that can identify you. We do not collect Personal Information unless you provide that to us. By voluntarily providing your Personal Data, you are giving consent to us to use, collect and process this data. Personal Information that we may collect include:
- Name and e-mail address so that we can send you our newsletter- this only happens with your consent, if you add yourself to the newsletter list.
- Name and email address if you complete and submit our contact form with a question. We may send you marketing emails with your consent or if we believe we have a legitimate interest to contact you based on your question or comment.
- Billing Information including name, address, email and credit card information in order to uphold the sale and delivery of the product or service you are purchasing.

For example, if you contact us through our contact form and tell us that you struggle to eat healthy, gluten free foods, we may contact you to notify you of an upcoming class or book release on eating healthy or the gluten free lifestyle.

We manage e-mail lists through a list management system. Unsubscribing from one list managed by us will not necessarily remove you from all publication email lists. Please note that it may take a few days before your subscription is processed, so it may not appear as if your subscription has been terminated immediately.
