The foods you eat have a direct impact on how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. In fact, everything that you've eaten today is changing you. It is interacting with your cells, and creating changes in your body. Depending on what you ate, those changes could be creating health or could be creating disease.
The Food & Mood E-course is a self-directed, self-help course designed to fit into your busy lifestyle. The Modules get e-mailed to you one week at a time. The lessons are a quick read and the activities are designed to fit easily into your life as they give you opportunities to experiment with mindful and intuitive eating, creating new healthy habits and finding the foods that make you feel happy and healthy. You'll also receive a 40 minute private coaching session that can take place via phone, Facetime, Zoom or if you live locally, face to face at my office.
